School & Support Services

Our private school within Wonderland gives your child a place to learn while receiving the medical care and therapies they need. Teachers, therapists, and nursing staff work together around learning goals shaped to your child’s abilities and pace. Alongside academics, we support communication, friendships, and confidence, working with you to follow their progress and celebrate each step forward.

Your child deserves time to play, make friends, and enjoy new experiences. From dancing and group games indoors to planned park outings and outdoor play, we create opportunities suited to your child’s abilities and medical needs. Our staff helps your child participate, have fun, and enjoy time with other children.

We help your child travel between home and Wonderland, and to and from medical appointments in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Transportation is provided through Medicaid at no cost to you. We plan pickup times and the support your child needs during travel with you.

We provide meals during your child’s day, and our nurses help when your child needs support eating. We talk with you about allergies and the textures your child prefers, and follow their prescribed feeding instructions.

You don’t have to manage your child’s medical appointments alone. We help schedule and prepare for visits, and arrange transportation. If you cannot attend, a nurse can accompany your child with your permission. We keep you informed about the visit and any next steps.

Feeling understood matters when you’re discussing your child’s care. Our team speaks English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, so you can ask questions, share concerns, and understand your child’s care in the language you feel most comfortable using.

Whether your child needs a wheelchair, walker, stander, supportive gait trainer, feeding supplies, diapers, wipes, or bed pads, we’re here to help. We review your child’s needs with you and obtain the equipment and supplies they need at no cost to you.
